Return Policy.
1. All issues with the order must be addressed in the first 24hours from the moment of delivery. If the product is cracked/scratched/ missing, please document the evidence by taking photos of the damaged piece and email your concerns at [email protected]
2. Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
As soon as we receive the order back and check its conditions, we will refund your money (- 25%) restocking fee of the value.
If the order is used or broken. No refund will be made.
