Return Policy
1. All issues with the order must be addressed within the first 24 hours from the moment of delivery. If the product is cracked, scratched, or missing, please document the evidence by taking photos of the damaged piece and email your concerns to info@marble-thresholds.com
2. Our return policy lasts 3 days from the moment your order is delivered. If 3 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. As soon as we receive the order back and check its condition, we will refund your money minus a 25% restocking fee.
4. If the returned order is used or broken, no refund can be made.
