Every order ships crated by UPS Ground to the continental United States for a flat $70 per piece. Orders leave our Jersey City, NJ shop in 3 to 4 business days and usually arrive 1 to 5 business days later. You can also pick up for free in Jersey City, usually the next business day.

When your order arrives
Inspect every piece before you sign off and before installation. If anything is cracked, chipped, scratched or missing, photograph it in the box and email the photos to info@marble-thresholds.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. We cannot accept claims after a piece has been installed.
Returns
- Stock items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging.
- A 25% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Custom-cut orders are made to your measurements and cannot be returned or refunded.
- No refunds for pieces that were misused, altered, installed or installed incorrectly.
