Order online or request a quote, then call us on (212) 203-7987 to arrange a time — we will confirm your stone is cut, packed and waiting before you make the trip.
How pickup works
- Place your order — buy online, or request a quote if you need a custom size.
- Call ahead — ring (212) 203-7987 or email info@marble-thresholds.com and tell us when you would like to collect.
- We confirm it is ready — we will tell you when the piece is cut, packed and set aside under your name. Do not drive over before you get that confirmation; custom pieces are cut to order and stock items are stored across the warehouse.
- Collect — come to 200 Pacific Ave during shop hours. Bring your order number.

What to bring
- Your order number or quote reference
- A vehicle that can take the piece flat — a 36-inch threshold does not bend, and marble travels best lying down and supported along its length
- A blanket or padding is worth having; stone edges chip against a bare truck bed
Why collect in person?
- No shipping cost on the piece.
- Speed — for stock sizes, collection is usually the fastest way to get the stone in your hands.
- You see the actual slab. Marble is a natural material and no two pieces of Carrara have the same veining. Collecting in person means you look at the stone you are taking home.

Frequently asked questions
Can I just turn up without calling?
Please do not. This is a working fabrication shop; stock is stored across the warehouse and custom pieces are cut to order. A phone call means the stone is packed and waiting instead of you standing around.
Do you offer same-day pickup?
For stock sizes, often yes, if you call early in the day. Custom-cut pieces need fabrication time — we will give you a firm date when you order.
Are you open on weekends?
No. The shop is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Is there a showroom to browse?
No — 200 Pacific Ave is a fabrication shop rather than a retail showroom. You are welcome to see your own piece when you collect it, but there is no display floor to walk.
Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes. Tell us the name when you call ahead and have them bring the order number.
